I am with Henny on this one. Andrew is a horse "genius". Watch, and see. If he stays on the straight and narrows he will re-write record books. He has ridden a number of winners for me in the past. What a jockey and what a personality. I must be his biggest fan.

Would love to see him and striker go head to head on equally good and fit horses over the last 400 in yhe July!

If I ever get a runner in a nice race, and I'm asked - Andrew will most definately be at the top of my wish list!

In a word - Class

Oscar, why is it that all the top stables that have used Striker, have all dumped him. He has ridden for me twice, both favorites, both horses finished nearer to last than first. If he never rides for me again it will be too soon.

piere was great but is way past his best.
lost his neve a bit ,only form front can he ride or otherwise does it 5 wide.

I'd like to see Andrew ride against Ryan Moore - funny thing is that Andrew is riding better now i think than when he was younger or is it as you say HH the balance have gone backwards?

Andrew is a big fish in a pretty poor pond in CT at present. Having said that, he is the complete product these days, from work, judgement, choice to execution. Add charisma and confidence, makes him extremely dangerous competitor. He improves his rides consistently, and improves on other riders. Only kink in his armour is weight. If he nails that, surely he can have a crack at the championship?

IMHO, pointless wondering who's best at their best. Delivery is the bottom line (eg with Shea up, nobody misses Marwing)

For natural talent only two top riders.Fortune and Strydom.Horses run for them and they have timing.Robbie Sham and Bartie Leisher both similar talents.Other top riders Marcus,Marwing,Shea,better than a bunch who are all good pilots.
Khan,Fourie,Cormack,Uys,Wrogeman,Minnie,Randolph,Fayde herbe.They will all get the best horse home 9 out of 10 times,but the top 2 will get a NOT so good horse home regularly.But think of the competition if Felix ,Dougie,Jeff,Glynn were all here.A poor bunch of young riders Gavin close to being in the top class Brandon not far behind.

Marcus in my eyes still the top jock in SA. Fortune not far behind and is improving each day. Striker these days stays up front as is not as exciting as before. Who cares though as long as he wins I suppose.
