Colors... on the turf Ravishing would again probably have been my selection, but over this d on a tight track, a lot of luck in running will be needed me thinks assuming another slow start leaves her at the rear of the field

Thanks Haupie, I agree with all you say bud on P King but that still leaves him some way short of being a good thing imo, just not sure why clanners were particularly mentioning this one this morning

Fairview Selections continued...

Race 5 : Nothing short of a mine field, LOL. I've narrowed it done to two runners, firsty Vital Match has been campaigning over much further and that clearly isn't his preferred distance, three runs back he ran a respectable 5th on the poly behind Red Silvano, he was beaten a length that day and today finds himself half a KG better off. At a price I make him a worthy eachway selection. Can Can Inn is another which makes appeal, she was backed favorite her last start and could get into the action, another taking on the boys today. Selections - Vital Match X Can Can Inn X Red Silvano

Race 6 : Pamela Sue makes little or no appeal to me in the 6th race, her form is somewhat inconsistent, I will be siding strongly with Marry Me Mullins, her comeback runs were far from disgraceful considering she would have needed them very badly, 3rd run after a rest today and she'll be right on the money. Her form prior to her rest was solid and she must be respected at descent odds. Selections - Marry Me Mullins X Born for Ballet

Race 7 : Another mine field, but I've started by eliminating all maiden winners here, I'll be including all of Rails Run X Evening Rose X It's Exciting X Pacific Line and Prairy Star in my exotics, no specific order for me.

Race 8 : I share Englander's thoughts here in respect of PK, I have loads of respect for the stable and the money which has come however just can't have him even at 20's. I fancy two runners here, the now descent priced favorite Fascinating Filly and Tall Ship, Tall Ship contested against stronger last time out and ran on well at big odds, the stable fancied his place chance that day and today he could go a few better. Selections - Fascinating Filly (Tall Ship) X Tall Ship (Fascinating Filly)

Good luck to all with runners today and happy punting ;)

lol Colors, this is NOT a race I wanted to discuss as per my original para on it lol.;) ... yes, that is true but I believe that race was WiM debut run and it was over a straight track when I believe RJ was not having major issues from the stalls, Think there has been improvement in WiM since as well, was 0.6l ahead of RJ nto for example. There are loads of lines that include ravishing, JB and Promising, many of which are conflicting and hence one of the reasons I just gave up lol
