Hi Madji, they are doing a procedure where they are trying to get all our IT structures running at optimum for the big day. The preparation for July day has been two months in the making, so we are doing everything we can to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.

Dev..... Me, I.T. going on 36 years ... change = risk and I bet you have a bunch of snotkops (no offence...just means a LOT younger than me) running your I.T. .... Just do yourself a favour and ask them what the backout plan and how and when a decision will be made to activate this in the event of problems.

Recently (ok, not sooooo recently) our Msft team submitted a change request to upgrade the memory in the Exchange server. I asked them what their backout plan was ? They looked at me as if I was talking a foreign language... and when I explained their answer was.."Oh, we will rebuild the server" ....: : ...Long and the short of it, the server was down for 14 hours !!

Any idea how much longer they would be.
