No doubt at all that he should receive a lengthy ban. A shocking display by a highly talented player.

Apparently when growing up his favourite show was vampire diaries.

Another one bites to dust .... this guy should be banned for life from football ... kids do stupid things and grow out of it ... I seriously hope he has passed the "kids" phase in life

The biggest joke is that Liverpool fans are saying that the papers have "doctored" the pictures of him apparently biting. Lets all hope that FIFA do the right thing and ban him for the rest of the WC plus give him a world wide ban for at the very least a year. Liverpool will be saddled with paying his £175k a week wages. Oh how they must wish that they sold him last year.

I would suspect that Liverpool would have a get out clause,in his contract, if he gets a ban that includes PL matches in addition to WC and International.
Problem is that his past record must be leading to a long ban.If this is the case that is where Liverpool will have a problem.
Let's face it Liverpool without Suarez are not the same side and probably would not have made Europe!

This is an absolute disgrace. He has brought the beautiful game in to disrepute. He MUST be banned for life. He should never ever again compete in a professional football match anywhere ever amen. The man is little more than a savage and is an embarrassment to himself, his family, his country and the sport. He is setting an example that I do not want my kids to follow. FIFA must hand down the most serious penalty possible and show the world once and for all that no one can make a mockery of the sport let alone bite an opponent.

As for the officials mssing the incident and not sending him off...well that in itself is very unfortunate. Could have been a different outcome to the game if he were red carded.

And as for those of you who have named him a legend...you are what is wrong with the world...is all I can say to that.
