"Most of these imbeciles posting here cannot read, they can only react to certain key-words in order to fuel their knee-jerk responses of rage and closet bigotry.

For one, this article is from 2007, (Most of these morons are posting their reactions in 2011!) most likely it might have been info from a few years before this article was even published as most articles often do...

Secondly the author was clear in that they counted non- wartime countries specifically, further illustrating my point that the idiots posting their rambling logic are illiterate mouth-breathing cave-dwellers..

If you are that dim-witted as to consider one article written four years ago as an accurate representation of the facts, you should be relegated to digging ditches for a living, because any higher level of thought would simply confuse you...Wow, the Internet has actually gotten dumber since I first started using it..."

or because...??? :)

Everyone is allowed an opinion (and will have convinced themselves that it is correct) and if subsequently shown to be incorrect, it is their folly...and for them to learn to form an opinion with better facts...no need for the bile to be directed in such a general manner...

hmm even though written in 2007, i would say it still applies, with the crime concentrated in certain areas. Here, in CT and SAF, for instance, we had a rape drive late last year, apparently there is one every 6 seconds - there are no immediate resolves on the horizon. All of the countries listed have severe deep seated problems which are not going to be erased in a short period of time. Cape Town for instance, has gang culture, and has always had this due to the drug trade on the cape flats. They are thinking of involving the military, it's that bad. I cannot speak for the other countries listed but I am sure they are on the list because of ongoing crime culture, just like we are.

Here's the 2014 list. Suprise suprise. www.sportrichlist.com/top10/most-dangero...untries-in-the-world guess everybody sees it differently .

I have lived in this country for 33 years and neither myself or my family or people close to me have ever been a victim of violent crime. Yes there is crime and corruption but let's ask ourselves over the last 20 years if our lives have improved ??? So many people love to bitch and moan but what's the real reasons you moaning for? You have good jobs, live in nice houses and drive top cars plus have some of the best weather in the world!
