I still have yet to see any undercover poster confirm that Phum actually have fulfilled the legal requirements needed from ICASA to roll out this "Australian or Phantom" decoder -

Tellytrack appear defensive, shrunk, selfish and much the symptoms of small man syndrone. What an inconvenience to not receive the UK, and the thrill of the Grand National. No Mauritius, Singapore and and. That streaming carp, and register here, open this and that account here with changes sincere 31 March 2014, and delayed steaming international or that? - All such an inconvenience and turn off for customer service. And to now watch a race and see the copyright ribbon at the bottom of the screen? Good gosh, *uck you indeed TT! And to see the presenters tow the line, meekly and with glee as though everything is cool and normal - what a farce? Not even our pommy Molly rallying mention of the Grand National.
2 out of 10 my customer service assessment for TT at present.

@Johnny. 20% is below the ANC matric pass mark, and on par with Julius's pass mark of woodwork(

It would be normal in business or if you were supplying a service to be nice to your customers or potential clients by promoting your product, offering discounts, brownie points, quality product etc etc
However in the racing game we would appear to do the opposite plus just to add salt to the wound will there be live crossing to Ngong :S
