Am hearing deal is signed for 18 months plus 3 years or something like that.:D(tu)

Can there ever be a u-turn or a return ticket to decorporatise and return to club racing?
I don't know the administrative law for this. Does anyone know who is on the site?

Rob i would hazard a Guess that that there is only a few thousand of us even know there are problems in the industry

The rest just turn up at the tracks and totes with a smile on their faces..

Do you include the Stipes in the group that just turn up and smile? They have YET to say a thing about the tote dividend (False Favorite) which is clearly part of their rules - I think they are just smiling perhaps

Interesting Hibs,we have questioned whether price fixing is in fact legal here ??

As I started this post I advise that the seven days have gone by and Ch 239 is still broadcasting.
Despite various speculations and one notice screened on Tellytrack I am none the wiser regarding the future.
I am receiving UK Racing via streaming so I have not seriously been inconvenienced.
However the future seems still obscure and apprehensive.

I heard that P specifically denied any deal or even any deal in principle in court. Can anyone corroborate?
