I just noticed that Sanshaawes and Victory Moon are both out of daughters of the Royal Prerogative mare, Wild Hyacinth.

Sanshaawes got 2nd in the Al Maktoum Challenge R3 today.
Victory Moon won the same race, but on dirt and not Gr1, in 2004.

Going back to Shea Shea for a moment, I've just been reading up how he won the Al Quoz last year, and oddly enough the same tactics were used today. Then he was drawn 7 and ended on the standside rail, today he was drawn 6 and ditto.

DTF you know my feelings about VC. Dont you think it was a flat run ? My feeling, Anton didnt seem himself after crossing the line ! I think he thought he had the race won ?! Not saying he would have beaten the winner though. Going to be a cracker next time out !!

Lol I did say vc will get beat on super saturday and wc night, and vercingetorix
will have to improve x5 to win the duty free
