CHARLIE APPLEBY is confident former leading 1,000 Guineas fancy Certify will be competitive when she returns from almost 500 days off the track in the Group 2 Cape Verdi Stakes at Meydan on Thursday.
The filly was one of 22 Godolphin horses suspended from racing for six months last year by the BHA at the inquiry at which her trainer Mahmood Al Zarooni received an eight-year ban.
Give everything but up!

Looks like a great race if all the top rated fillies accept (Tasaday, Shuruq, Flotilla and Certify).
Will be interesting to see how Mensoora fares against them.
