let me explain it for you in baby english..there are many horses that run on big race days that if it was any normal race day they wouldnt be running but because the owners are attending the met the july the queens plate the summer cup they ask there trainers to have runners for them as they will be attending the meeting ....if you dont believe me then dont as you have been in the game for 100 years and this entitles you to know everything..you try bet on a meeting where some runners shouldnt be running

For me, this is where the second run after a rest bogey strikes. When a horse runs a cracker after a rest...I usually ignore next time out. So for me is not a betting proposition.
