Usual Saturday story, can't cope with the increased volume, but who cares, right? They just don't get that we are the entire reason for their existence, and still they can't be bothered to address this long outstanding issue!

......so soon into a new year and we sit with the same old crap......makes me want to puke when I see what Smoothley and co earn..... yet the systems still suck.....they should start making deductions to their compensation packages until they get things right.....:X

Muhtiman, you're assuming that they are even aware of the 'problem,' we're still punting, so there can't be a problem. From where they sit in their ivory tower, they can't even see what we have to put up with on the ground.

Moodley is well aware of the problems.....he gets enough texts and calls about them.....but no incentive for him to take action....he is after all a salaried man.....:S
