they seem to now be constantly 30 mins behind both venues.
i got a feeling they TAB have to manual recon certain data and can't post or update while that is happening.

Well, I haven't taken a bet since their site crashed @ 12:00, but I doubt that they would miss my measly turnover. Nevertheless, I've asked the question before, would they rather have a small punter or an ex-punter?
I would enjoy sending the powers-that-be some texts, perhaps their mobile numbers should be made public, after all, they work for us, don't they?

Now that's where you are wrong.....they don't care a f@ck about us degenerate gamblers.....they have us and our custom and they will continue to dish out piss poor service.....if one pesters them with texts and calls they will simply get new numbers....:S

Early days on a Saturday, and already the TABOnline site has crashed in a heap!
Local racing hasn't even started yet, so they are only dealing with HK and Aussie racing at the moment, yet still the site can't cope.
The level of (dis)service from TAB is absolutely shocking, but I suppose it must be acceptable, because we just accept it.

The tote is based on turnover so when you stop your customers from seeing your product(tote payouts) don't be surprised when they take Bookmaker prices which are there for all to see - I cannot believe this goes on year after year yet there is money for parties and junkets to foreign shores to sell this product!!
