I think the better draws are down the inside - so I like a crazy swinger M'Lords Throat and Shades of Indigo - throw in Tevez for the trifecta (tu) and Divine Jet for the quartet - and now I'm going to have another beer

Can anyone make sense of this.
Tab online "will pays", payouts show the following
Double payout for race 8/9 , numbers 1 with 12 shows R1075.
Win on 12 approx R24
Double 1 with 2 show R50.
Yet P6 showing a payout of R268k, if 12 wins versus R1.8m if the 2 wins.
If this is any indication of the results to be, than something is not above board.

I am still not convinced that Chave 'Doro is a sprinter - I hope he holds a ticket for the Queen's Plate

Poor you, rather pick up a R200k, than R1.8m.
Collect less on an unfancied horse than on a fancied horse???
I do hope your comment was tongue in cheek.

I can't believe some posters had the courage to compare red ray to variety club, anyway we can put that issue to bed today.

An owner with whom I share a mutual client had a runner at kenilworth yesterday. A decent sort but his words to me on Friday was Hatt cos he had moved to a bigger yard would no longer be riding and unfortunately he was the difference maker. Shows the respect some people have for Glenn
Needless to say the horse didn't get close yesterday

i wouldnt write off the kannemeyer horses just yet, because i thought honest karl gave many horses easy rides yesterday.he just sits perfectly still and shows them the whip.i dont know if it was his instructions or if the horses were just not good enough on the day,but i would give d kannemeyers horses the benefit of the doubt and stick with them for the season.as for red ray i think he was beaten by a better horse and well done to b crawford stable and their new star stable jock g hatt.

How good is the guineas going to be..... Top few from the RTR.....top few from the Selangor......few others that have caught the eye in their first or 2 nd run here plus some raiders from out of town......going to be the strongest and most competitive Guineas in years....
