Scottsville false rail

The temporary rail that was protecting the standside strip down the straight at Clairwood has now been moved to Scottsville. It is down the entire straight at 4m inside of the existing inside rail, so hopefully this will help the draw bias problem to a certain extent.

Well done Tipster, excellent info thanks, unfortunately I only saw it now. Will it be a permanent fixture do you know?

So basically so far the new rail configuration hasn't helped one little bit?

Englander, I presume they will have it up for a while in order to help the inside strip recover from the pounding it gets every meeting.

surely horses on the outside will battle to come from off the pace as its narrower and less room for a run ?

Thanks Tipster (tu)

Tommy, still looks like inside is best but it has to help a little... as someone who likes draw bias though I'd like them to move it again, there's always thousands who don't look at the draw much and help the price! lol >:D<
