Do you mean the man in shiny suits that has many hats
Of course he can go to China and also solve the Milnerton
stabling dilemma as he did sort out PE too. Said he'd get
to the bottom of the Fantasia issue. There is not a single
thing this man cannot do.

The RA coffers have never been fatter and bigger expense
accounts don't really matter trust me racing has never
been in a better position.

The RA representative in Kbly is Cliffie Miller.

Guys I stand to b corrected by part of the duties of stipes is going to stables in morning checking on horses so whom do they report to somebody has to b held accountable immediately frm my side I applaud oscar and since im not a race horse owner im going to clairwood today and try and show as many people as possible this footage and try and get them not to support flamingo park racing until something is done

some thing is tell me yesterday that make me very concern and answer many question to me about why so many stories come from this place. the story is tell me that their is no stipe station by kimberley. the stipes come in for race day and leave after. is no wonder their is problems. how can this be the story?

also to me how can cliffie miller check on the other trainer with out problem. he will be accuse of being the interfere with a nother yard no? how the ra representive can be expect to be the law keeper is the joke

Harry i got told the Stipe travels with the Jocks on the bus and enjoys all the benefits of the day out on the way home Drink,poker and is present when bullying the younger jocks goes on..

I told the guy that told me this that this must be total bullshit and away and boil his heid, a stipe cant be on the bus when all this goes on ? ?

Hi Guys, although we feel very strongly on this issue we must also defend the RA. This is an NHA issue not an owners issue. The horse was in the care of a licensed NHA person so therefore they must take it up. If the owner is a RA member then he can ask the RA to look into it on his behalf.

Larry Wainstein is very aware of this issue as well as the others and the RA, as an owners body, is currently working on the Rehoming issue. The RA is a major contributor to the Horse Care Units on a monthly basis.

Larry Wainstein and Patrick Davis were instrumental in starting the Industry Liason Committee in Gauteng. This is a coming together of all the representatives of trainers, jockeys, operator, starters, owners, RA, NHA. Louisg will tell you how hard they work at resolving issues. Through Larry W a ILC was started in PE with great success. Many issues have been sorted and new ideas come from this. Last year we tried with Larry to start the same committee in Kmb. Certain trainers wouldn't even attend the initial meeting and continued to boycott any further meetings so certain issues have never been resolved, but not without trying.

If only trainers in Kmb realize the positivity of working together even if you don't like each other. With this bad publicity causing punters to stop gambling the pools will drop and support for Kmb will drop. This will contribute to Kimberley closing itself.

correct - what about the rest of the week? Where are the stipes then? I am starting to think you are correct Harry maybe close this place down OR manage it in a professional manner - Also what power does the RA rep have? He cannot close a stable down or test for drugs can he?

one of SA racings biggest problems is

113 all related and have fotos of each other in compromising situations so nothing can ever be sorted

Only one stipe comes by bus, the rest all come by plane and they arrive before 8 in the morning and leave after races. No stipe socialize with anybody on the race course before or after races.
Flamingo Park is not the circus everybody think it is. There are a few good trainers in Kbly that look after their animals properly. Because Kbly is the last stop for a lot of horses we do get problem horses all the time. One or two trainers give us a bad name. At the moment we stable about 350 horses. If Flamingo Park closes it just means another 350 horses must be placed.
If all the trainers and owners stand together and we do get help from the NHA, Phumelela and the RA these trainers will be fined or banned from racing. Flamingo Park will return to its normal state and owners can send horses to Kbly again.

i might not be a circus but certainly its very fragmented at the moment and definitely not a healthy place to be racing for horse or human.......
