Well they do on serious horse racing the pools are huge BUT of course at arapaho downs on a mormon tuesday there is only $8k in the win pool but by the same token no serious punter will be looking to off load $30k win on any horse racing at that centre.
when i was at the arc meeting a few years ago blokes were having 20k win bets in front of my eyes, of course that was a big meeting but ill start looking at the tote pools there from today onwards and report
of course though there is and always be an element of underground betting but that cannot be calculated.
