ENTRIES R200 COMPETITION - JULY DAY

Bit concerned that our comp gets hampered by them calling off/postponing last 3 races. Big chance given the track concerns that they bail after the garden province.

That is why I let everyone pay upfront , how it was suppose to be done from the start

I usually don`t charge,the real way it should be done...

Blouperd, something you as the organiser must consider and make a ruling on. Hypothetically, what would the ruling be if tomorrow's meeting is abandoned (say) after the 9th race, and some of us still have runners in the competition in races 10, 11 and 12?

Bayern i feel that your entry is similar to that of any bet ,if the last three races are abandoned so be it, you get points on your horses that have won or placed.If you feel that the weather is dodgy and they wont race to the end then base your entry on the races that you think will run.just like taking an exotic bet on a rainy day if your banker outsider arrives in the early leg/legs your pa/pic6/jp the payout will definately be greater.Just my take.

I will be peeved if u beat me by the single point earned in a race that didn't run!

IMO if you have a selection in a race that is abandoned then you get the 1.0 stake back on that race.

Comps becoming far too complicated, Hibs please organise one in the next 24 hours...

if you have a selection in a race that is abandoned(exluding race 1 and 2 on greyville card) then you get the 1.0 stake back , make sure you do not have race 1 and race 2 at greyville in your selections because you will not be given points for this 2 races
