Who would have thought that Heavy Metal would have a better position on the log than the likes of Jackson and Capetown Noir.

How do they pick the final field when there are horses with higher racing figures in the second ten and there are horses with with much lower figers in the top ten.Confused.

Ok I'm hoping they enter him in the drill hall or lonsdale and if he wins that should be enough to get him in, btw very nice run by your boy Pirates.

Re: Re: July Log

ok Explain this:
King Of Pain (106) has beaten Sanshaawes (99) 4 times out of the 4 times.
he is rated 7 lbs superior
and has beaten Capetown Noir
not that this counts but its worth mentioning, but KOP has won 5 races, many of which Sanshaawes ran in, while Sanshaawes is eligible to run in a Novice Plate.
But King Of Pain is behind Sanshaawes on the log, and is not in the top 20 while Sanshaawes is 16th ??????
Seriously, have they lost their minds, or is it just a mind malfunction. I look forward to anything that explains the fairness of this. The most damning part though, is if the July was run now, King Of Pain would carry 54.5kgs and Sanshaawes would be 2kgs under sufferance....what kind of log is this exactly. To be fair to Sanshaawes's connections, they are probably just as surprised.
