F.A Cup

Great to see Wigan getting applauded off the pitch by Everton fans after beating them 3-0.
I can remember Liverpool fans doing the same thing a while back,must be a Scouse thing.
That would never happen in Manchester,they lack class and always have an excuse for a defeat.

DAVE, Don`t know if we watching the same feed but at 3-0 It looked like several Everton fans were leaving and that was before half-time.Maybe they were going to the toilet or to the canteen but after half-time the stadium definately had more open seats.
I went to watch the Everton-Swansea game in January and the abuse Phil Neville took from several fans was a joke and the game ended 0-0.When Liverpool were knocked out of the FA Cup by Oldham, I was watching in a pub in Chorley, the bitterness that followed from their supporters was disgraceful, so labelling certain fans classless is wrong. Most clubs have a bad element but the days of Liverpool and Everton fans sitting together has gone, my mate who is Liverpool born and an Evertonian says it is more violent than ever before when they meet.

The English FA have no clue at all. This match kicks off at 1630 and the EPL match between Liverpool and Spurs kicks off at 1600. Divided TV audiance, the sponsors must be very happy.

Couldn't agree more Dave. I also have never known Liverpool or Everton supporters applaud a Manchester team after Shity or United have beaten them. And your right they do always seem to lack class when they go to Manchester with the Munich song they sang for years etc and yup, they do always come up with an excuse for the defeat... like Fergie time or the referee was bias and supports United etc. Gets very boring, why they can't just say the best team won I have no idea. Never read a more accurate post by you!!
Oh... and clap clap clap... good fight back Chelski... clap clap clap (just bringing a little class to proceedings
)

I only watched 2nd half,was at Twickenham.
Looked like Man U were holding on at the end,I take it Chelsea were poor 1st half

Poor first 15 but thereafter, despite the commentators doing their usual blabbering on about United being in total control drivel, they were at worst imo on a par. Didn't create much but nor did United in the last 30 of the first half. All Chelski 2nd half. United abysmal bar Carrick and a couple of others.
