Asteroid 2012 DA14 Flyby

Diameter: 45m
Mass: 130 000 tonnes
Time: 21h25 SAT
Where in the sky: deep in the south on the horizon (probably wont be visible to the naked eye but will be with binoculars). Best seen in Asia.
Dist of +-27 000 km which is inside the ring of many satellites.
(But an asteroid smashed up in Russia today!!)

Nope, couldnt even see a bright star never mind a dim asteroid. Cloud seemed very high and thin and reflecting a lot of light
. You seen anything Mavs, you're in PE?
