Recall seeing on Racing Post site that Trifecta c/over to the 19th. Why are the SA punters not informed where THEIR monies are going to be re-distributed, the Maxipool on Sunday amount is too small to be representative of all the pools c/over during the week.

Guys, i dont think people are actually understanding Vee here.

If a pool is R26000...(R13 000 SA/ 1000 UK-Pounds).

If the pools are culminated then 1 Pound trifecta can be the equivalent of 1x Unit.
1x Pound = R13
Therefore: R1 trifecta in the UK for 1x Unit(As represented on betting slips), is in fact 0.08 Pounds (R1/R13).
So, in order for SA to have a full UK unit they will have to spend R13. As it costs punters in the UK R13 for the full unit.

If commingling is subject to exchange rate variations, how come the payouts at Meydan on Saturday are identical to those paid on the Saftote?? Referring here to payouts in UK as per Racing Post results.

Did the UK punters place bets to the value of .08 p to equate the rand.:S
