nico is like marmite you either love it or hate it I think nico is great compared to some wont mention the ones i hate lol

When Nico was on a fact finding mission in the Middle East he went out of his way to make sure he saw me before racing started at the Qatar International Cup meeting

On my return to SA, after he was hospitalised, at my 1st meeting at the Vaal, once again he went out of his way to come to the Jockey Room to find out how I was enjoying being back home.

I will back him up any day of the week...

knowledgeable he most definitely is... helpful? most definitely ( called in a complaint regarding the camera work @ P.E 1 friday afternoon & he took the time to call me once he was off air)........ but thats not what this thread was all about or am i missing something......

i agree that Nico is indeed a very nice guy.but u have to admit that hes always having a dig at somebody.just this afternoon he was having a chuckle about his producer who went out the pa last week in that 3 horse race( 3 places qualify) where the fav broke down......

the only way u can go out the pa in the 1st leg is if u didnt take one... that was his pre race comment......... HE SEEMS TO HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT ONE........

ALL IN ALL I STILL PREFER HAVING NICO IN THE STUDIO AS OPPOSED TO MANY OF THE OTHERS........ KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK NICO........... BUT REMEMBER THAT SAYING ABT GLASS HOUSES()X((

Nico is a great Presenter/commentator and tipster(True story), who cares who he takes a dig at, he gets the job done!

Nothing wrong with Nico have always found him 100%

Nico second best imo, you need to understand these guys sense of humour

I confess to being guilty of losing sight of the humour in gleefully and deliberately pointing out the last horse home in every race...........................and he is not a comic(well not on purpose) he is a commentator(sic) :S

Bloody hell if Nico is great then we set the bar very very low :X ... listen to the race again with your eyes closed and put yourself in the shoes of the connections (and punters) who were on the other 13 runners ....

Titch go back into the archives when Chainsaw first started posting on this site. You will see some of the critism he got. I'm talking many years ago.

Neelan there were complaints about his commentaries when he first started... that I remember.
