Yes, 100 percent. I was way too much of a " Nervous Nelly " and not in my niche ( Puting it politely that I at times sucked ). Infact when they used to load up for the 1st at Turffontein, on the inside track. I used to resemble a resistance worker dragged out of his cell for a 14h00 appointment on Bendlarstrasse with Obersturmbannfuhrer Fritz in '42.

when chainsaw was in studio he at least supervised the guys telling them what to do. Now u hear of stories with them playing with their fones ,gambling giving us bits and bobs of previews. And to wrap it all up Jimmy in for the WHOLE day tomorrow. What did we do to deserve that. I paid my account ontime lol:

Chainsaw you are still the best presenter TT ever had. No disrespect to Neil and co. I cannot disagree about Jimmy. Will do well on some documentaries.

distracts from the quality of the product
The reason I dont post often is that you get ignoramuses like Meet Me Halfway replying with childish remarks as above. If you had morans like MMHW replying, then we probably would not have posters at all, as twats like you would chase everyone away. I am entitled to my personal observation and dont need little boys like you sniffing about here. Go blow your snotty nose with a tissue child.
I persaonally have met Nico at cocktails and racing prior to the J&B Met, and personally thought that he was a nice guy. With all due respect, this was a personal observation and what I was trying to say is, as a professional presenter, Nico should refrain from dropping sarcastic remarks. We as viewers pick up on this and remarks like these distracts from the quality of the product that is being viewed not only locally but Internationally as well.
Nico, if you read this post, your are a very compitent presenter, but ease up on the snide remarks.(tu)

why do people always see these things as a ''personal attack'', its just Rattex observation about Nico's sarcastic approach in the studio, nothing to do with being a nice guy etc...:S

I like Nico. Just one thing, yesterday at the vaal, he called Mal Ding in english, sounds like someone's ding a ling, I think the horse is afrikaans and if translated to english is Crazy Thing. When pronounced in english the horses name loses its meaning.
I think they getting Maak N Plan right :S

Nico even mentioned the embarrassment the 2 presenters (Rod and Julie) were causing to themselves with their childish giggling whilst doing the preview for race 8 at the Vaal yesterday.

Many posters here are right about Nico...his remarks (especially to the TT backroom staff) are very unprofessional...his commentaries have been consistently poor over a long period...TT on a whole can improve lenths.
