Arsene Wenger
12 years 5 months ago
After getting knocked out of The Capital One by division 2 side Bradford City is it time for The Professor to leave he's post.
This was no weak team selection by Wenger, after mounting pressure in recent weeks he selected all the big guns.
Well done to Bradford in reaching the semi- finals

Said like a true Chelski manager merrygoaround man Dave
And out of interest, who would you replace Wenger with?

Come on Engles,I know you like Wenger but he has lost the plot.
Comparing what Chelsea do to what Arsenal do is missing the point.
He has run out of ideas and the players are not doing it for him,a blind man can see that.

The first part was just a joke Dave, relax
I see no-one better for the job in truth Dave and I have never been one to change things just because difficult times are hit. They struggled last season and bounced back. But he has got his problems, losing players and the probable resultant discontent in the dressing room being one. Walcott must sign now or go in January. No doubt, the Arsenal managerial position is a very difficult one right now and he needs to find a couple of players to bring in to create a little stability and consistency.
I am not sure Moyes would leave, depending on the current financial situation at Arsenal which remains a grey area but they seemingly still don't have much to splash. I still believe that is the root of Arsenal and Wenger's problems.

I know your little jokesB)
But what amazes me with Arsene is that he continually states he has money to spend.
Wiltshire has only 2 years left on he's contract, surely you would have him tied down to 4 or more.
He seems to think every player should love the club like he does and won't leave.
Why didnt they keep RVP for the last year of he's contract, the 23million they got is on par for staying in the CL
something they will struggle to do this season.Fergie must be laughing he's head off at that deal.
The old Arsenal would never have sold their best player to a rival, actually you can't class Man U as Arsenals rivals anymore.
Arsenals rivals are the teams going for 4th spot.
Now the majority of the gooners want him out and if he stays I can't see it improving.
I wonder if Arsene would sell us Bacari Sagna.

Come on Dave, he had no choice really with RVP and did well to hold out for that price. Maybe he has tried to secure Wilshire and negotiations are ongoing? The bottom line though with all his negotiations is...
Arsene... you've done great so having done so well here's 75k a week
Agent... but if Man City or Chelski etc want him then they will double that
Chairman... get us much as you can for him then Arsene

Exactly, they need to pay more money for their top players.Just like Man United have done on Wayne Rooney, who by the way
is the highest paid player in the Premier League.Imagine that Man U spending more than Chelski and City,I bet that doesn't sit
well with you Engles with your crusade against money that is circulated in the PL..

I think Rogers is alright actually Sheza, give him a couple of years and you might emerge from your current depths of mediocrity. There are signs there which to me say he is no mug at this game. And it has been a long time since I said that Liversc*m showed any signs of potential anywhere! He will have to find some quality at reasonable prices but, on the, admittedly, little evidence I have seen thus far, they are already a vastly more entertaining side to watch than that which the Queen, despite all his wasteful spending, had them playing.
