UK Saturday -Richard Hughes
12 years 7 months ago
Hughes gets crowned champ today at Doncaster(last day of the season)
Listening to him on the radio on the way to work he mentioned he was looking forward in coming to RSA this winter..
blah blah..
anyway he says he was surprised to get asked to ride Cape Peron for Henry Candy and says they must fancy it...
He laso likes his mount in the last but warns it must fall right for the horse after he admitted to hitting the front too soon last time out... Shamaal Nibras
Both horses are around 10/1 so a wee e/w play on both and an e/w double won`t do any harm....

That might be the only issue for Godolphin and their new jock. Not a very patient ride on Shajjaa there. He seemed to go about 2 furlongs too soon and was duly outgunned on the post.
He is a talent no doubt but he still needs to learn a little imo.

Different race different tactics I guess.....No ways, with hard closers behind him should he have gone so early. Patience my dear boy.....

No doubt Gregg, he is a cut above most of them in England, apart from Hughesie......Not much or many can beat him!
