Vaal racing Thrusday - Are Phumelela drunk ?

How can they insert the 3 postponed races into all the exotics ? They are now races 6,7,8. The Computaform and other form guides have been printed and now everything is a shambles. Can you imagine the confusion ?

harris are you drunk? how can they not put a 600000 race in the exotics? the question you must ask is why they no race sunday which was the perfect day

I think P is in a no-win situation - had they postponed to Sunday, they would have lost the 'entertainment' (which would not have pleased the sponsors?) - so they took a chance on Saturday. Then the weather turned foul, and they needed to make another plan - and no matter which way they went, there was bound to be some unhappy folks.

From my side I can't really see why having the 3 (feature) races included in the card on Thursday, is such a bad idea - yes the cards need to be re-published, but with the proper notifications and communications, this should not be such a huge issue?

Yes, according to Phumelela press release.

Was a bit out of touch over the weekend but notice my act bet on Mr Tobin is still pending, so gather the ante post bets follow through.

Re-printing is great in theory, but when will the publications be re=distributed?
The cards for Thursday are already in the shops.

Normal distribution day is Wednesday.
That seems a bit tight (even if it gets there on Wednesday)?

i have to agree with harris its going to cause major confusion ..

Why didn't they just pospone the 3 feautures to this saturday n move the turfontein meeting to thursday.......

Why not just run the features 1st and don`t include in Pots and PA`s etc?
