Parallel universe

Since there is no racing today...I was thinking of a parallel universe in racing where the ff would be reality:

1. The trainers championship being fought by James Goodman and James Maree. Goodman just ahead after winning the July second year in row.

2. The jockey championship being fought by chippy taylor and louis nhlapo.

3. Markus Jooste and Chris van Niekerk would be advertising their tipping service on facebook along the lines of 'sell your Steinhoff furniture and put it on .....'

4. The leading owners would be the ABC syndicate.

5. Cecil Mntembu would have a new job selling waffles on Durban beachfront.

6. Pauls Lafferty's nickname would be 'kojak' and Daryl Maree 'hairy lemon'

7. Deez Dyanand would have a trainers licence and Dennis Driers assistant would be interviewing him on Thursday morning.

9. Julie Alexander would be a novelist writing racy stories along the lines of 'Mills and Boons' based on real life experiences!

Striker Strydom would confidently tell us in a pre-race interview that he will win the race and that it has nothing to do with the horse's form or that it is out at the weights, but that he is brimming with confidence and the horse will enjoy being ridden the way that he was told by the trainer......::o

Most are filthy....hows that toilet in the claremont tote? No smoking allowed, but just go in there and you forget how filthy it is, cos you cant catch your breath cos someone just double clutched a cigarette after throwing his R2 away on a swinger.

Even i am laughing at this just typing it

1. The Phumelela share price would be going up
2. Dividends on the tote would not change more than 30 secs after the off
3. Hibs would be favourites to win the SPL
4. Powderhall would have dog racing every Thursday and Saturday night
5. I would fit into my clothes
