You're right but with more inconsistent results its becoming increasingly expensive

I have raced for 40 years and nobody is more aware of the built in and inevitable degree of inconsistencies in racing.
However a very clear definition of an "inconsistent run" needs to be established and the stables required to explain &/or report back .
Its one thing to do your money on a bad run but to have to guess what happened and what to expect next time can certainly be better managed..............but our board consists mainly of honorary spots that go with other positions in racing............why,for example,should the CEO of "P" have a regulatory responsibility,when by his own admission,he came to the position with no Knowledge whatsoever about the activity of horseracing?...............and it shows!
