The rule(for the info of the NHA) breached is:
Rule72.1.9: No person or individual shall:if he is aware that any HORSE is not qualified or eligible to run in a RACE,omit to notify that fact to the ROR,CHIEF EXECUTIVE OF A RACING OPERATOR or a STIPENDIARY STEWARD before the RACE.

Obviously it is felt that this rule was not breached...........they are an absolute joke!

the racing manager of the owner saw that the horse was unraced in the card but thought it was a printing error so did not bring it up to any authorities..when importing a horse,it must be registered for racing or breeding..if for racing,it is the owners responsibility to produce the updated form etc

Sorry Justin ,I'm missing the point of your post.........are we agreed that the rule was breached?
(Did said person think that the weight advantage was also a printing error)
With our lot it was worth taking a chance...........as it has proved to be.

@rob wasnt aiming my post at u..was just throwing in my recall of events...for me the mess up should have been avoided early..the horse should not have been registered for racing without its form update!

as for soodum..gr1 winning multiple group winning ASSISTANT trainer at 18 years old, agent to schofield, delpech, coetzee, fayd'herbe, cormack by 19,bookmaker advisor at 20,handicapper by 21...drown in ur ignorance, pushing 232 on ur remote doesnt make u as clever as u think you are
