Hello ABC family, yes winter season is upon us, and this is when i make my appearence once again, coming back from a lenghty layoff, im hoping not to be running on green, otherwise gelding will be my name.....LOL (:P)

Anyways lets start of with Horses to Follow,

Kolkata - Will be making its appearance felt, to Annihilate Gorongosa
Pomodoro - Would love to see this compete in the Vodacom July
DancewiththeDevil - Any special reason why Igugu was withdrawn from the Champions Cup either then for export reasons?
Depardiu - One for the KRA Guineas
Devine Jet - Another one for the eye this Winter Season
Taipan - needs much improvement but from what i heard, this horse is rather classy, therefore not overaced
Dubai Gina - Rocket from the Marshall Yard
Trinity House - Ramsden should have a shout
Bermuda Sloop - Another raider from CPT
Princess Victoria - A sure feature race winner on July Day
Gold Onyx - Another sure small stake race winner on July Day
Antious - One of the books this one "Drill Hall Stakes" winner
Val de Ra - Queen of sprints, to paralyse What a Winter and JJ the Jet Plane in reverse
Comtesse Dubois - Snaith Stable should be good to follow
The Black Rose - Also from Snaith
Variety Club - Needs more competion
Gimmethegreenlight - will have a show, if De Kock has not put his paws on him as yet
Cavlitsa - JP confirmed that if you think War House is a future Champ and one for all books then this horse is World Cup Material
War Horse - to diminish oppenents on Champions Day
Avenue of Gold - Certain strong contender in the SA Oaks, and was aimed for this race
Slumdogmillionare - GVZ Diamond
Ebony Flyer - Very quiet, yet explosive this season

If you notice i have said NOTHING about "Jackson" and "FRANNY", and pesonally i see these horse overated, well only time will tell and we will just have to wait for "Jackson" to show us how good of an horse he is, come Daily News 2000 Race Day, short/sharp straight!

I was impressed with Beach Beauty's run on Sunday.

You haven't mentioned Shea Shea who looks to have come on lenghts since his gelding and won the Golden Horse Casino Sprint last year. Will be hard to beat this year again.

I also like Bambina Stripes and Thunder Dance out of the 3 year old fillies. After Princess Victoria and Ilha Bela (who was unlucky not to win the Triple Tiara) the fillies all look very competitive and Bambina Stripes and Thunder Dance should be fighting out some of the features this year.

Looks like it is going to be a great KZN winter season. (tu)
