Personally he will get my respect when he sorts out Magico as I am now carded as a gelding- he is doing very well I agree

James Maree, titch I know for a fact Paul reads the forum and will really appreciate your kind words

Excellent trainer who loves his horses. He is making a splash big time, and the stable is firing again after a bit of a lean spell. Much of his success has been achieved with inexpensive and even downright cheap horses. James Maree is still a big part of the success story and is the Peters' adviser at the various yearling sales. If he doesn't like it, they don't buy it.

Matthew I'm sure you guys at hollywood and winning form are pleased at the amount of mileage you guys are getting in the past few months from the various trainers and jocks you sponsor, everytime I watch the replays there's always a winning form ambassador, what happened to the merc jeff loyd used to parade around umhlanga with that had your logos?

I don't know what happened to the Merc - it sure as hell didn't find its way into my garage!

TRAINER Paul Peter has been fined R45,000 after being found guilty of being the trainer responsible for the horse, Starspangledbanner, who tested positive for the prohibited substance Methandriol after winning a race at Clairwood on 26 June.

Peter pleaded not guilty and has the right of appeal. Starspangledbanner is disqualified.

The Methandriol Dipropionate steroid (MD) is a form with a longer action, presented in an oily solution for injections .The steroid has a significant anabolic and androgen action and it is known as a good way of force and musculature increase. Its action is comparable to Deca-Durabolin-Testosterone Enanthate combination.

As well as the testosterone, Methandriol befriends a good force and musculature increase and it doesn’t accumulate water more than the Deca-Durabolin. Although, the best performances are obtained by using it in association with any other steroid, because it had been observed that the Methandriol Dipropionate steroid has the capacity to intensify the action of other concoctions.

The reason: makes the muscles androgen receivers more sensitive; the muscles receive a bigger number of steroids molecules from the supplementary injected steroid. That’s why the injectable Methandriol Dipropionate is recommended to be used only in combination with other “chemical” substances from different steroids.

i like this paul peter very much he is good guy. some months back i go visit my friend johan van eck at the vaal for old times sake. i meet paul, he is a friendly man, he even help johan with some things that you do not see often. i say to all that point fingers look in mirror and stop being so very jealous of him. i dont need to remind you that many trainers get caught, de kock, millard, woodruff, magner, gavin van zyl even more caught the lot so why you start your shit. leave paul, he is good guy

Im not real clued up on theses matters - but how long does it take from initial-to-conclusion of investigations/verdicts? (or is this an old article?)

Is testing done on a random basis? ...and how do they determine the value of fines? (if one eg compare to the other thread)

Green Pony, that incident was wrapped up and the fine was paid in early October. It's an old article.
