We only got 3 and a half months data for Singapore now but look at this stat for this Jockey
J Moreira
Percent Placings = 64 %
Total placings = 130
Total Runs = 204

Wow, if you ask me this is one to follow, some easy bucks I reckon (

Thought I would give you an update on Joao Moreira's stats:
552 rides Wins: 129 2nd: 76 3rd: 75 4th: 49
Strike rate: 23,57%
Joao has broken all existing records this year including the one he set last season (116 wins) so yes definitely worth following.
Great racing in Singapore this weekend especially on Sunday which features the Saas Fee Stakes (G3) for a stake of R1,2 m. Top class field and South African owners Dennis and Gael Evans who are currently in Singapore will be hoping that Ato who has won 6 from 10 (trained by Pat Shaw and ridden by Barend Vorster) will bring home the trophy. Race 8 on Sunday is a Kranji Stakes A (R750 000) and Super Easy (J Moreira) who has won 3 from 3 taking on the likes of Argy Bargy, Northern Lion and Perfect Pins.
Weather right now is sunny and bright so it is on all on track for a good weekend's racing.

I have actually just been home - there for just on 3 weeks in September. Popped up to see Scotia and a couple of the guys on 17 September for Lodge Heredon day. Time just flew and had a wonderful time but was just as happy to return to Singapore.
