Thanks Sly, I'm just trying to figure out if it is a profitable bet boxing 5 horses... anyone else play exacta's and what kind of combinations do they play?

Imo, exacta's are nice value bets - in order to calculate the cost just multiply the (number of selections) by (number of selections -1 ) e.g. 6 horses box = 6x5 = R30

R.G. Pienaar - as far as I know he has been around for quite some time - private trainer who trains mostly for himself - think he used to have runners at Bloem in the 'old' days

Greg i play exactas for all races with my 5 selection each time i play.got the straight line trf again,bt didnt bet or post!proof on Facebook -Funtapunt-just say bcoz i knw heres alota sceptics:D

Derrick never tried an inch on the second of uncle ormie's horses. I have no doubt he should have beaten the favourite!!!!
