Not trying to be funny, but could you provide some examples where you believe this actually worked?

race 2...TURKISH DELIGHT and AVENUE OF GOLD both had the fastest 400F averages,both ran over 16T Last run bt AOG ran a faster time so i made that my 1st choice!
Race8-DUBLIN DUDE,SILVER ROCKET,MR INDIGO,MR MAGIC ALL ran behind WINGED LEGEND!! ...bt DUBLIN DUDE had fastest 400F Time...so i had him as my 3rd selection!!!
Then there is the 'to soon 400F' weapon!!Marcus rode MAGIC PRINCESS on tuesday,DELPECH doing it tomorrow!
