I believe the only way there will be racing tomorow is if the meeting is moved to Arlington and the feature race will get postphoned

100% correct. The Feature (race 7) has been moved to Fairview on Friday 15th July.

The race meeting scheduled for Fairview tomorrow (Friday 8 July) has been switched to Arlington, but Race 7 on the card, the East Cape Breeders’ Stakes, has been postponed for a week.
More than 260mm of rain has been recorded at Fairview since 25 June and the track is waterlogged. In order to save the race meeting, the fixture has been switched to Arlington and all races carded over 1200m will be run over 1000m instead.
But the East Cape Breeders Stakes has been postponed as carded to Friday 15 July. There is a full field of 20 runners for the Listed feature and even if the distance had been reduced from 1200m to 1000m, four horses would had to have been eliminated because the maximum field size over the Arlington 1000m is 16.
Consequently Race 7 on the card is effectively null and void for betting purposes and all choices will qualify for the Place Accumulator, Pick 6, Jackpot and Pick 3.

The irony is hard to ignore.................In inclement weather, Arlington is the "go to" course,so which one are they selling ....Yup
