I don't know about Pmb, but it's a beautiful morning here in Durban. That was not much more than a passing heavy shower that torpedoed Greyville yesterday, but it came too close to the scheduled start of racing to allow the track any chance to dry out. Unless Pmb got it worse I don't think there will be a problem. (He said, hopefully.:D)

I just spoke to my Mother in Pmb and she said they got nothing at all about 3kms from the course.

One day he will put it all together and the rest of the field will get a chill when he comes past them.
The only problem is I dont know which day! If he has the race run his way and decides early to really gallop
he will blow this field away.Lets hope it is today. Maybe Dave having his picture taken with him over the weekend
will change his luck.

Guess we better add old quirky then, not the easiest of races but what you gents think of Royal Arrows chances?

Paddy O' Reilly my best bet for today and for some value Punk Royale in the last....

I just get the feeling thyat Royal Arrow reserves his best for the Turffies inner course, but seeing as he's never raced at Scottsville I can hardly say he won't be effective there. I guess he has a chance in a very open race, but I lean towards Hammie's Boy.

Paddy O'Reilly should be able to win that race with his back legs tied together. He can also be a bit quirky, but it's a long race that probably won't be run at any great pace so even if he loses a couple of lengths at the break it should not make a whole world of difference, BTW, Paddy is down to run again on Sunday, but I suspect that was just taking insurance in case today's race was rained out.

Thanks Craig and good luck with your runners today. I was studying the card last night and found one of your horses as a massive lurker and I am making it my best bet of the day for a place in the daily competition. In Race 4 Highwayman's Gold ran a race apart from the Mr Harry run on the 12th April, both races were won in the exact time. Highwayman's Gold lost by 1/2 lenght and Devon Gold lost by 1 length. Highwayman's Gold is carrying 4 kgs less for that run and Devon Gold 3 kgs more. If the races were merged Highwayman's Gold should be well clear of Devon Gold and Highwayman's Gold is 10/1 and Devon Gold 7/2. I am going to be taking some of the eachway on offer here and hope that the young Naidoo can break his duck.

Hi Shrek
I think he is a big runner there. Appie forgot the part of the instructions I gave him to get onto the outside
fence in his last run. If he had remembered and gone out he would not have been carried in across the course
and without a doubt would have won.
