If Haaland stays fit then it’s almost impossible to stop Man City from winning the league and remember he is not playing in the WC. Arsenals target is top 4 and winning the Europa league

2 years 8 months agoA good few teams are going to have injury laden squads after the World Cup...so I agree with @cnc that results are going to be difficult to predict...and surprise results are going to be the norm...
That is speculation - a few good teams are going to have injury laden squads after the WC.
Not sure whether Chook is hoping that happens because Arsenal may have the least player representation of all the PL sides, at the World Cup.
I am not a Man City fan, just enjoy watching them because of their goal scoring phenomenon Erling Haaland.
Yes, it's speculation...but isn't that what most of us proffer with our opinions?

No sir, my opinion, i am not seeking acceptance of that, from anyone. You are free to skip my post and read the next one (down).
Personally, i think that was the problem with the posts regards Paul Peter's handing in of his license.

I too enjoy watching Man City, except when they always hammer us, yes tiredness and injuries to players coming back from the WC will play a huge part in determining who finishes 2nd, 3rd and 4th

Thank you Bayern. I agree with most that was said, by both the presenters and the caller. TBH, I am not as deflated as I was after the 1st two games of the season. I believe in ETH, and the work that he is doing. We cannot expect miracles though, and understand that it is a process, which would take time. Yes, he will make mistakes, but he will learn from them - he has shown that. I do believe that we would be fighting for top 4, and the Europa League.

Can’t wait to see Van Djik up against Haaland. Van Djik has had an easy career in the PL where he has not come across a single super goal scorer or bully. Drogba, Costa, Henry, Shearer, Rooney, Van Persie, plus many more would have turn him inside out.

Gossip:
CR7 will be allowed to leave Man U in Jan.
Erik ten Hag has told the club's hierarchy not to offer any players new contracts until he works out who deserves them.

Re: PREMIER LEAGUE 2022/23
2 years 8 months agoLeicester City Football Club part company with Brendan Rodgers.
They are not going to sack him. The fixture list has not being kind to him They have played 5 away games so far, Arsenal, Man United, Chelsea, Brighton and Spurs. They have a decent set of winnable matches coming up
That’s the first win now watch Leicester go on a run. They are a good team and will finish in the top half. David Luiz lookalike centre back is good.
