Anyone with half a brain knows agricultural trade does not operate on the drop of a hat - these trade deals are based on long term agreements considered under Futures Trading - you are buying something at a fixed price, now, whether the supplier has it or not in the future, is the suppliers problem. American farmers have lost their markets because China is now purchasing from other countries.
