i remember when i used to go to the track at kenilworth, milnerton and durbanville that the trainers always dressed well ie collar and tie and a jacket. Nowadays owners/trainers, judging by the photos on tab website, rock up wearing jeans and a tee shirt. Times have changed.

Unbelievable win by Bernabeau (luckily for me coupled with my fancy Guarding Harry)- and all the trainer could say was 'eish' - winter racing has really set in - 2 40/1 shots and a 150/1 arriving on the day (so far)
I'm going to try my luck with the last P3: 6 x plenty x 2,12

5 of the 9 1st Selections ended up winning yesterday in a day where I expected more upsets:
#14 Zara (WON R1,50)
#3 Ex Unitate Vires (Won R4,60 R1,70)
#4 Winter Cruise(WON R4,40 R1,90)
#2 Captive Wind (WON 5,00 R2,30)
#2 Nicodemus (WON R2,50)
No BIG results no decent payouts, but atleast it does highlight the accuracy of the selections since only 2 of these 5 in Zara & Nicodemus where favorites.
