losses and wins

since october 2009, within 4-5 months, i had steadily wins in betting with smaller (2-5 euro) unto big (20-30) stakes unto +1000 in march.
now i have lost all this, even more within one month.
i did not change my kind of betting, i don't think, i was loosing my head... i don't understand any more. i cannot afford big losses...
has anyone experience with bad/good times?

because for me, the question is: did i only have luck this 4 months - or bad luck this last month? is this way goin up or down in the long run?

All punters go through bad times,if your punting for fun,punt what you can afford to lose and punting remains fun.If your taking your punting more serious,one thing you got to remember is that only a tiny % of punters are winners,sure i read around 3-5% so discipline is important,as is bank control.

If you cant afford to lose the money you are punting and you are not enjoying gambling anymore,you should try and get away from the game..

Saldiani,when you have a bet the money does not belong to you anymore,it belongs to the bookie,you then need luck to get a return,thats the way i look at it.
