Kenilworth and Big T - Saturday

Some good racing at Kenilworth....Some diabolical stuff at Turffies!

At Big T I like Solidarity as a solid punt.

At Kenilworth I like Astronomy in the 1st but it is a work riders event so tread carefully my friends!

Perhaps we should wait for Sunday at Scottsville when there is actually some good racing fare in store. (Sorry Magic, I'm sure this last statement probably doesn't sit easy with you :D )

Happy punting!

It would appear the bookies have the opening betting on race 7 at the big T wrong?

Saltwater Girl 16/10........5/1 on offer
Buttonwood Tree 18/10 ....... 27/20 on offer

maybe a few doubles on the Tree to secure the 18/10?

good punting!

My take on BIG T
R1 - Happy Landing - Last chance today but on his penultimate I think he's home(SW NICODEMUS)
R2- Emblem Of Peace
R3- King's Destiny - at 12-1 a bit of value take the places if you must but should finish with Solidarity on last run
R4- OUT IN THE COLD - Could make big improvement on debut and at 7-1 no real pain(sw princess athena?)
R5- Super Red
R6- Regal Randsom
R7- Saltwater Girl
R8- Superfederation (sw American Gangsta)
R9- GLADIUS - (an exotic banker perhaps - HOT PEPPER could run into money and at 40-1 fixed place or sw with GLADIUS)
R10- Pageant Page - silver rocket -

a single bookie in cape town prices up for gauteng racing mr scotia and a single bookie on interbet has the balls to put his opinion of the betting up...what a pity the rest of the sheep dont follow this mans example and express their opinion on interbet...a sad situation our bookmaking baah baah industry....bring on the exchanges the sooner the better...and let me add that his prices he offers on interbet only are around the 115 percent mark unfortunately only offered for natal and gauteng racing racing plus the betting changes are done off his offers antepost...YES LADIES AND GENTLEMAN OFF THE OPINION OF ONE SINGLE SOLITARY BOOKIE

Well done Toontony and Gary with your Babel - I always told you he'd win a race and I think he might just go on now he's seen the box!
