Full marks to Snaith sends Jallantra to the front, slows it down which played into Sparkling Gems hands.... Bass had plenty in the race, screwed it up imo, should of sent one of them to the front to set a decent pace.

Well done to MDK with the win.

I think it really had a lot to do with the pace. The other Snaith runner went to the front and slowed it right down. Once Sparkling Gem settled she was sure to run on.

I think the Snaith yard almost got it spot on right, just beaten by a better filly!

Hey gregbucks and Tommmy, can't teach you old dogs anything - yes the Snaiths nearly upset the applecart there. Regarding MR, can;'t really see her troubling the big boys in the Met - but I have been wrong once or twice before
