Anyone Know who`s doing Tabonlines UK previews?
Two recent frontpage headlines
"Knight to burn up the turf at Southwell" on the Sand
Then today he tips up Ingleby Arch a well known Sprinter to follow up his 2 recent course and distance wins ...
Fair enough but for the fact that he had never won over Course and distance and was considered a doubtful stayer..
Do they just print stuff with out reading what they are sent? some might think im being petty but they are putting this up to help the punter, are they not?

What a load of kuk....this is what I was speaking about the other night mediocre crap we put up with, and it all starts from the top (Phumelela included)....again the punter gets a raw deal with the lack of care and false information which is printed/posted on these mainstream sites!!!

THIS IS OLD NEWS ABOUT 3 DAYS TOO LATE?
Fourie to stay in SA but Marcus off to Singapore
LEADING jockey Richard Fourie will not be taking up his riding licence in Singapore to join Basil Marcus, who will be launching his training career in Singapore. Fourie has informed the Singapore Turf Club that he will be staying in South Africa.
The 24-year-old Fourie was awarded National Colours in November this year. He represented South Africa in the International Jockeys’ Challenge at Turffontein.
Fourie’s agent Gavin Hunter commented: ``Richard believes that he is not fully ready for international racing. He is young, he has time on his side. He has set himself more goals. There are more things he wants to achieve in South Africa. His feelings should be respected.
``When Basil goes to Singapore he will leave a small group of horses in South Africa in the care of his son Adam and Michael de Beer,’’ said Hunter. ``Richard will be a freelance jockey now. He will be available to ride for other trainers.’’
Meanwhile Marcus will have his last runners in SA on J&B Met day at the end of next month. He is moving to Singapore.
Marcus has spent much of his adult life in the Far East and won the Hong Kong Jockeys’ Championship seven times before coming home in 2003 to start training horses. He has had 286 winners since his first meeting on 14 February 2004 - a good record a man who started off with only 12 horses.
He takes 32 horses with him to Singapore, including Polished Steel (one of only two to have beaten Big City Life this year). Those who remain will be trained by Mike de Beer, who is currently his assistant.
``Although Mike is taking over here, we’ll still have close ties with my stable in Cape Town,’’ said Marcus, adding that he and his son Adam would be making regular visits home to help out where possible. ``The move to Singapore gives our owners the chance to race internationally and we’ll be able to race anywhere in the region because Singapore is so central.’’
Marcus will field Red Rake in the Met. Red Rake easily beat a good field in the Grade 2 Midmar Premier Trophy 10 days ago and his odds have come in to 33-1 after he opened at 150-1 in early betting.
While the trainer does not believe he can beat either Pocket Power or Big City Life, he gives Red Rake a good place chance. ``He has a big heart. He’s hit form at the right time and is still improving.’’

JasonD,Wf has a basically good programme but after Owen delegated authority and stopped being hands on,a lot of big errors crept into the data.A "spring clean" would be good and I'm delighted to see that a racing man is now running with it and I'm sure its value will return big time...good luck with all your efforts!

Thanks Rob
Appologies for the errors, these do occur (the human element), but I will endeavour to make sure these are limited and hopefully none at all.
Owen is a genius and I can only hope to carryon and grow the product he and Magic have developed into a fine (if not thee finest) formguide in SA.
We strive for excellence something that he taught me and will settle for nothing less.
If you have any queries or ideas email me on jasond@hollywoodbets.net and i'm happy to look at them. I want to hear what the punter wants and strive to give them ultimately what they need.
Happy Punting.
