Arnie said: "I'll be back"

Now all he says is: "Come to California, it's a great place to do business"!!!

How times have changed

MDK will win...
Which one..Forest Path...????

his training model (methods, processes and egineering steps) are years ahead of the other guys.
even C Laird and Woodruff have not reached the same level as he did in the Training model phases.

the 3 of them get more or less the cream of the GAUTENG crop..perhaps the crop of SA.

Yet, neither C Laird, nor Woodruff have shown the same courage in persuing the new improved training model.

Both C Laird and Woodruff have experimented with the new training model, but have lacked in courage to implement it as the de facto standard.

It's obvious in the results achieved by the MDK stable.
Hence, the MDK stable have become the pioneers and the rest have become the settlers, settling for 2nd or 3 place.

Hence, I suggest that the MDK stable has broken the fear barrier, and are now heading for the first natotech engineered winners.

Soon, the other stables will follow, be it out of desperation to survive, or to settle into the new training models.

very much like the transition from steel shoes to Allumites.

the MDK stable is committed, while the others are involved..
much like this fable from the SCRUM methodology..

These groups get their names from a joke about a pig and a chicken opening a restaurant:[5]

A pig and a chicken are walking down a road. The chicken looks at the pig and says, "Hey, why don't we open a restaurant?" The pig looks back at the chicken and says, "Good idea, what do you want to call it?" The chicken thinks about it and says, "Why don't we call it 'Ham and Eggs'?" "I don't think so," says the pig, "I'd be committed, but you'd only be involved."

So the "pigs" are committed to building software regularly and frequently, while everyone else is a "chicken"—interested in the project but really indifferent because if it fails they're not the pigs—that is, they weren't the ones that committed to doing it. The needs, desires, ideas and influences of the chicken roles are taken into account, but are not in any way allowed to affect, distort or get in the way of the actual Scrum project.
