There still seems to be some spots down the straight, but it sure is good to see night racing back in full swing!!!!
Can't wait to see the entire track flood lit.

Great run Havasha..no horse ever won from that draw before..made up plenty and needs more ground..big horse to follow.
Im glad for Gary that he has a superstar on his hands and he owns a nice share..I hope he goes on to win them many big races..he is one good guy that works hard and he has supported that farm through thick and thin and its fitting he won that race. Well done Gary!

Real nice words Oscar.....you are a true gentleman sir!!!
We have owned quite a few horses with Gary and I still religiously follow his horses (I have done more money down his stable then brains)
I know you guys have parted your ways and I think you are a good person for wishing him well!!!
Good luck with Havasha brother, he is a very nice animal!!!!

Great stuff under the lights. Watched from a bookie and aggravated I didn't go through to the big T. Wonderful days racing and a massive run from Havasha. Keep that ABC box well stocked the big nights are comming. Must pop in there with the party master Mr Molly.

Xtracash
how does Cool Spender go from paying R8.70 to R 7.60 a minute after the race closed ?
Phumelela has given you the assurance that it is only a figment of your imagination.
While working on contract at FNB 85/86 on the ICL/IBM and Hogan implementations, lots of programmers scammed the systems..
the best was a pom, with the Credit cards, then the indian with swift and his USA account..
they just disappeared and popped up a few months later working for other companies.
FNB assured anyone and everyone that asked about these guys...that it was a figment of our imagination..these guys never worked at FNB..
do you think that they can afford to admit that all is not well..
in the banks case..we will have a run on the bank like SAAMBOU.
in Phumelela's case..trading could be suspended by the FSB, Gambling board..
the auditors will commit suicide rather than face the humiliation..
the shareprice will fall..
and your pension, which they used to buy shares in Phumelela, will be wiped out..
so..IT NEVER HAPPENED..get it...????
on a lighter note..
guys like MAXIBET, have recruited their own clients, much like SPOT traders do.
SPOT traders trades currencies, like the rand against the dollar.
They are geared 40/1, hence they pay $2500 for $100,000 contracts.
They buy 2 contracts each for $2500, one for rands and one for dollars.
Then they sell the one when movement happens, the stop loss, and continue to trade the other till that one also regress to the regression stop loss.
they make between $100 and $500 profit per transaction.
some days they lose too.
never the less, they offer their customers 10% return per month.
hence the customer get R1000 on every R10,000 per month.
Most of these SPOT TRADERS have 20 or more customers tarding R100,000 to R1m.
All customers start with an initial R10,000.
Now guys like MAXIBET also have customer that they have recruited and trade for.
The difference, the guys like MAXIBET offers 30% per month.
if you recall, I said that you need a few MODELS/PROCESSES
1. SELECTION MODEL/PROCESS..MAXIBET post them here on this site..not sure if it is all the selections..and/or the top selections..
2. FINANCIAL MODEL/PROCESS..recall..I said 10% of your pool..
so if you play places..you have a place pool..
if you play wins too..you have a win pool too...seperate from the place pool..
3. OPERATIONS MODEL/PROCESS
perhaps he plays on the jump..with the tote cash..
perhaps he plays on the jump..with the tote online..
perhaps he plays on the jump..with the bookie..and the bookie calls the tote..
eitherway..guys like maxibet are recruiting more and more customers from the financial sector, and their business is growing.
GREG BLANK and DEREK BRUGGMAN are all ex JSE guys..
they know it's easier in racing to get the 30% per month..they get 300% some months
because in racing insider trading makes you a king..and on the JSE it makes you a .....
IT WAS PERHAPS MAXIBET that put the cash down...he tipped the horse...???
