It did pull pretty hard and was chased up to beat the draw......

I'm not sure what to think about this horse right now. His run was too bad to be true but still he may be slightly over rated right now. (Does not mean he won't come back to himself and do very well)

I hope he came out of this race ok!!!!!

The Diana Stakes result supports Pirate's jaundiced view of this crop of 3yo fillies. Particularly if compared to last year's crop, which had strength in depth, and generally showed consistent form at 2 and 3. Sadly,Consensual, the 2yo champ went wrong, while Gypsy's Warning and Zirconium have left our shores. Mother Russia has left CT, which leaves Lady Windermere and Sparkling Gem to fly the flag for this decent crop. Hard to see any of the exposed 3yo's challenging these two at WFA, or taking on the colts.
The 2008 Cape Fillies Nursery threw up subsequent Gr1 winners Consensual,Lady Windermere and Mother Russia (1st,3rd and 4th),and also subsequent stakes performers Empress Crown and Temair! 2009 renewal nowhere close.

Case Stated could make Scotia's day and win the Fillies Guineas...well, it's not impossible at any rate!

bubby, the stable is not aware that TKA is for sale; probably best to get in touch with Jess himself?
