What do you think about Narc's chances today ?

strydom decides before the race..whether he can win...
best we ask him..
if he decided he can win..little, if any will stop him..

Seeing that Striker has taken the ride, he may be ready and if he is still the same horse as before he went to Dubai, he must have a chance. However he will need to be at his best to beat Renegade today - imo.

Very difficult race, but will stick with Cappoquin 12/1 ...14/1 on offer to give it a race.
Second will have to take Marcus on Tickle My Fancy over Womens Rights
Esteral 11/10 on offer at 15/10
Marcus again on Lochlorien at 14/10....2/1

Selections for today (taking my current form into account it may be better to just do the opposite of what I am suggesting):

R1: What will beat Signet Ring this time?
R2: Tickle My Fancy has been disappointing to say the least, so how about Pisa - interesting jockey selection
R3: Captain's Heart a PA banker for me.
R4: Rifleman seems good value here
R5: Renegade too quick I believe
R6: Tough race - one of those field and more races imo
R7: Another tough one - Oshinoko from Full Moon Rising?
R8: Volly to Victory very inconsistent - win at best, but I am including Alwaysawinner and Parlotone in the PA

possibly a silly question, but when looking at form in the racecards on tabgold.co.za, how can you tell a Vaal turf run from a Vaal sand run? Anyone know?

It states in bold red on the top of the page

thanks c&c aware of that, but i'm looking at the horses form - so VR is Vaal, but how do you know if turf or sand?
