The highest court..
the highest law...
The constitional court gives me the right above all..
to make a living in RSA..
to earn an income and provide for myself and my family..

BEE..AA..EE...
have removed my right to earn an income..
white males over 45 will not be employed..
bank issue a decree to IT staff...you will be fired if you contract White males.
national government..dont employ white males..tokens perhaps..not as a rule..
regional goverment..don't employ white males..
town council don't employ white males..
all apply the rule..age + years of service > 75...retrench..early retirement..
I am happy..great excuse not to work..dont need to work in any case..
ps.. once the guy is retrenched..the bank calls in the credit cards..
the IT system picks up if no salary is deposited after 3 months..

however..
NATIONAL GAMBLING BOARD NOTICE
"WARNING TO THE PUBLIC"

in terms of F2.1.7...

guys..you are in contradiction with the constitutional court laws..
you laws are a paradox..they appose one another..

NORMAL SOUTH AFRICAN MALE..
you have removed my right to earn a living in RSA with BEE..AA.EE
I need to eat..
you cannot stop me from earning my money on betfair..etc..
I dont have any other skills..cannot work outside of RSA..
the constitional court says I CAN...
you say I cannot..
which law is the highest..

THINK WE MUST TEST THIS IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT
fair..
do you have money to pay the cost..both costs..you know you will have to pay both..you cannot win..
why print this article in the computer form..

I withdrew cash from my betfair account into my local account. small amount but reserve bank did contact me about this transaction. They asked where money came from but did not say transaction was illegal. So i presume there is no problem
