Hey Newbie, thanks for the punt but you are going to get me into trouble, lol .... yes, there are plenty of sites available, depends how much time and effort you want to put into your form study, personally, i think the anti-post betting pretty much does the form study for you, all you have to do then is to find the trainer who really is trying in the particular race, Also keep in mind that racing is a funny game, it almost always gets egg on our faces, lol .... but it an entertaining and interesting game.

Its like Golf Newbie, you can't let the Pro play for you, but his insight may help you improve your game...same with punting imo...use there info but punt what your head says...and believe me a gut feel for a horse goes a long way sometimes...enjoy.
