thats what i say rob, this is coordinated. if you withdraw from a bookies online account it come off immediately even though the money is not paid.
they want us to continue punting not to withdraw

I perhaps need to explain my exasperation with Saftote.
Margaret,I assume you are Magaret Van Steenderen(if not pass on my message)
I had interaction with you guys in Feb this year and a lot of shortcomings were pointed out and improvements were promised, but talk is cheap. The same problems still remain.
Insofar as your "rewards" plans let me also point out that it already exists but God knows on what basis.
My brother utilises Saftote(less than mine on t/o) and yet he was a guest of saftote at the July(makes sense,he lives in Durban) however he and his partner, as part of a much larger party, were flown from Durban, accomodated at Gold reef city fed and driven around at P/saftote expense, for the summer cup.
How is this expense justified and who qualifies?

Rob, I don't have access to Customer Accounts, I go through Betting Ops, and checked - there are 2 Faux's on the system - please send your phone number to margsvs@gmail.com, or you can get me through the Turffontein Switchboard (BUT I spend a lot of time in meetings and I'm very difficult to get hold of).
People that go to (for e.g.) the Durban July are big punters.

2 Fauxs?
Yes ,my bro. who you sent to the summer cup....must have suddenly upped his punting quite a lot!
Can I be so bold as to suggest that you forget about my withdrawal, in isolation and chase up all delayed withdrawals and thereby fix the whole problem.ie.if you manage the withdrawal problem,I will be included!

Have also had problems with withdrawals and am hoping for a quick fix. I used the SID thing but it tried to create a tabonline beneficiary even though I already have saftote as a beneficiary so I cancelled it. In fact deposits are not a problem because the deposit usually reflects within 5 to 10 minutes.

Update: I again tried a solution that had worked in the past....complained to the operator on tellybet and the job was done instantly...again.
This confirms that withdrawals are just not managed.
Submissions are ignored, complaints on-line are ignored and customer care line never answered....hard to believe from a public company.
